Këto rregulla shpjegojnë si funksionojnë eventet, aktivitetet dhe veçoritë e komunitetit në aplikacionin Roots Albania, dhe çfarë lejohet aty. Vlejnë për turistët që përdorin aplikacionin dhe për bizneset që publikojnë në të. Shkojnë bashkë me Kushtet e përdorimit, Politikën e privatësisë dhe, për bizneset, me Kushtet për bizneset.
Aplikacionin e ofron ROOTS SH.P.K. (NUIS M61803028A), Tiranë.
1. Çfarë mund të bësh në aplikacion
Nuk të duhet llogari. Çdo gjë që bën lidhet vetëm me instalimin e aplikacionit në telefonin tënd, jo me emrin tënd.
- Të shohësh evente dhe aktivitete, me foto dhe video.
- Të shtypësh "Marr pjesë" te një event (pastaj shfaqet "Po vij"), që ta gjesh shpejt dhe të marrësh një kujtesë.
- Të vlerësosh një aktivitet nga 1 deri në 10 yje.
- T'i dërgosh mendimin tënd ekipit Roots nga dritarja "Përshtypje" në aplikacion.
- Të raportosh një event ose aktivitet, ose të fshehësh një biznes (shih pikën 5).
2. Kush i krijon eventet dhe aktivitetet
Shumicën e eventeve dhe aktiviteteve i përgatitim ne, me informacion publik nga faqet e bizneseve, rrjetet sociale dhe njoftimet për evente. Të tjerat i publikojnë vetë bizneset, përmes Roots Business, pasi e marrin në menaxhim profilin e tyre.
Ne kontrollojmë atë që përgatitim, por datat, oraret dhe çmimet mund të ndryshojnë. Para se të nisesh, konfirmoje me organizatorin. Roots nuk merr rezervime dhe nuk merr pagesa: e kontakton biznesin drejtpërdrejt (WhatsApp, telefon, email ose faqe interneti) dhe bie dakord me të.
Atë që publikojnë bizneset nuk e miratojmë para se të dalë; veprojmë kur na raportohet.
3. Rregullat bazë për të gjithë
- Saktësi. Mos publiko dhe mos promovo evente të rreme, çmime të rreme ose oferta mashtruese.
- Respekt. Mos shkruaj asgjë të paligjshme, fyese ose abuzive, as në evente, as në përshtypjet që na dërgon, as në emrin që zgjedh.
- Të drejtat e të tjerëve. Mos ngacmo askënd dhe mos ngarko përmbajtje që nuk ke të drejtë ta përdorësh.
- Raporto. Nëse sheh diçka që i shkel këto rregulla, raportoje.
4. Çfarë nuk lejohet
Nuk lejohet përmbajtje:
- e paligjshme, pornografike ose me skena seksuale të qarta;
- që nxit urrejtje ose diskriminim, ose që është e dhunshme, kërcënuese ose ngacmuese;
- mashtruese, si evente të rreme, çmime të rreme ose oferta që nuk ekzistojnë;
- e kopjuar pa leje, ose që shkel të drejtat e autorit dhe markat tregtare të të tjerëve;
- e dëmshme për të miturit.
Për fotot e eventeve, aktiviteteve dhe bizneseve:
- në plan të parë nuk duhet të ketë persona që mund të njihen;
- e njëjta foto nuk duhet të përdoret në më shumë se një event ose aktivitet;
- fotot duhet të tregojnë vërtet vendin, biznesin ose aktivitetin.
Video dhe lidhje nga platforma të tjera. Disa evente dhe aktivitete kanë lidhje për në YouTube ose TikTok; kur i shtyp, hapen në atë aplikacion ose në browser. Nëse një event ose aktivitet ka një video nga një faqe tjetër (për shembull YouTube, Vimeo ose TikTok), aplikacioni tregon vetëm një pamje paraprake derisa ta luash. Kur e luan ose hap lidhjen, përmbajtja ngarkohet nga ajo faqe dhe vlejnë kushtet dhe politika e privatësisë së saj.
5. Si të raportosh dhe si të fshehësh një biznes
- Raporto një event ose aktivitet. Hape, shtyp menunë me tri pika dhe zgjidh opsionin e raportimit. Zgjidh arsyen. Eventi ose aktiviteti zhduket menjëherë për ty.
- Fshih një biznes. Nga e njëjta menu zgjidh "Fshih këtë biznes" dhe nuk do të shohësh më eventet dhe aktivitetet e tij. Mund ta shfaqësh sërish kur të duash te Cilësimet, "Bizneset e fshehura".
- Na shkruaj. Mund të na raportosh çdo gjë ose të na kërkosh të heqim diçka në hello@rootsalbania.com.
6. Çfarë bëjmë ne
Kur një event ose aktivitet merr disa raportime, aplikacioni mund ta heqë përkohësisht për të gjithë, edhe para se ta shohim ne. Raportimet i shohim dhe vendosim nëse përmbajtja kthehet apo jo.
Mund të korrigjojmë informacion të gabuar, të heqim një event, një aktivitet, një foto ose gjithë profilin e një biznesi, dhe të pezullojmë llogarinë e biznesit që e ka publikuar. Një biznes që i shkel rregullat vazhdimisht mund ta humbasë qasjen në Roots Business. Bizneset mund të na shkruajnë nëse mendojnë se kemi gabuar.
7. Privatësia jote
- "Po vij". Biznesi që organizon eventin sheh vetëm sa persona kanë thënë se do të vijnë dhe një listë anonime të veprimeve, pa ditur kush je. Turistët e tjerë nuk shohin as ty, as numrin e pjesëmarrësve. Mund t'i heqësh të gjitha te Cilësimet, "Pastro pjesëmarrjet e mia".
- Vlerësimet. Shfaqen vetëm mesatarja dhe numri i vlerësimeve; as biznesi, as turistët e tjerë nuk shohin si e ke vlerësuar ti. Mund ta ndryshosh ose ta heqësh vlerësimin kur të duash.
- Përshtypjet. Mesazhet që na dërgon, bashkë me emrin që zgjedh nëse e shkruan, i sheh vetëm ekipi Roots.
Si i trajtojmë këto të dhëna e gjen te Politika e privatësisë.
8. Gjuha
Këto rregulla janë shkruar në shqip dhe në anglisht. Nëse ka mospërputhje mes tyre, vlen versioni në shqip.

Community Guidelines

These guidelines explain how events, activities and the community features of the Roots Albania app work, and what is allowed there. They apply to tourists who use the app and to businesses that publish in it. They go together with the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and, for businesses, the Business Terms.
The app is provided by ROOTS SH.P.K. (NUIS M61803028A), Tirana.
1. What you can do in the app
You do not need an account. Everything you do is linked only to the app installation on your phone, not to your name.
- See events and activities, with photos and videos.
- Tap "Attend" on an event (it then shows "Going"), to find it quickly and get a reminder.
- Rate an activity from 1 to 10 stars.
- Send your thoughts to the Roots team from the "Feedback" window in the app.
- Report an event or activity, or hide a business (see section 5).
2. Who creates the events and activities
We prepare most events and activities ourselves, using public information from business websites, social media and event announcements. Others are published by the businesses themselves, through Roots Business, after they take over their profile.
We check what we prepare, but dates, times and prices can change. Before you go, confirm with the organiser. Roots does not take bookings and does not take payments: you contact the business directly (WhatsApp, phone, email or website) and agree with them.
We do not approve what businesses publish before it appears; we act when it is reported to us.
3. Basic rules for everyone
- Accuracy. Do not publish or promote fake events, false prices or misleading offers.
- Respect. Do not write anything illegal, offensive or abusive, not in events, not in the feedback you send us, not in the name you choose.
- Other people's rights. Do not harass anyone and do not upload content you are not entitled to use.
- Report. If you see something that breaks these rules, report it.
4. What is not allowed
Content is not allowed if it is:
- illegal, pornographic or sexually explicit;
- inciting hatred or discrimination, or violent, threatening or harassing;
- misleading, such as fake events, false prices or offers that do not exist;
- copied without permission, or infringing other people's copyright and trademarks;
- harmful to minors.
For photos of events, activities and businesses:
- there must be no recognisable people in the foreground;
- the same photo must not be used on more than one event or activity;
- photos must truly show the place, business or activity.
Videos and links from other platforms. Some events and activities have links to YouTube or TikTok; when you tap them, they open in that app or in your browser. If an event or activity has a video from another site (for example YouTube, Vimeo or TikTok), the app shows only a preview until you play it. When you play it or open the link, the content loads from that site and its terms and privacy policy apply.
5. How to report and how to hide a business
- Report an event or activity. Open it, tap the three-dot menu and choose the report option. Pick a reason. The event or activity disappears for you right away.
- Hide a business. From the same menu choose "Hide this business" and you will no longer see its events and activities. You can show it again at any time in Settings, "Hidden businesses".
- Write to us. You can report anything, or ask us to remove something, at hello@rootsalbania.com.
6. What we do
When an event or activity receives several reports, the app may temporarily take it down for everyone, even before we look at it. We look at reports and decide whether the content comes back.
We may correct wrong information, remove an event, an activity, a photo or a business's whole profile, and suspend the account of the business that published it. A business that keeps breaking the rules may lose access to Roots Business. Businesses can write to us if they think we made a mistake.
7. Your privacy
- "Going". The business organising the event only sees how many people said they will come and an anonymous list of actions, without knowing who you are. Other tourists see neither you nor the number of people going. You can remove all of them in Settings, "Clear my RSVPs".
- Ratings. Only the average and the number of ratings are shown; neither the business nor other tourists see how you rated. You can change or remove your rating whenever you want.
- Feedback. The messages you send us, together with the name you choose if you write one, are seen only by the Roots team.
How we handle this data is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Language
These guidelines are written in Albanian and English. If the two differ, the Albanian version prevails.
