Kushtet për bizneset në Roots Albania

Këto kushte vlejnë për çdo biznes që merr në menaxhim profilin e vet në Roots Albania dhe përdor portalin Roots Business. I kemi shkruar shkurt dhe qartë. Nëse diçka nuk kuptohet, na shkruaj (kontaktet janë në fund).

1. Kush jemi

Roots Albania është një aplikacion udhëtimi për turistët që vizitojnë Shqipërinë. Në të shfaqen vende për t'u vizituar, si dhe evente dhe aktivitete bashkë me bizneset që i organizojnë.

Shërbimin e ofron ROOTS SH.P.K., shoqëri e regjistruar në Shqipëri, NUIS M61803028A, me seli në Rrugën Zef Jubani, Nd. 4, H. 1, Ap. 3, Njësia Administrative Nr. 5, 1000 Tiranë. Në këto kushte e quajmë "Roots" ose "ne".

2. Kur i pranon këto kushte

I pranon kur shënon kutinë e pranimit gjatë marrjes së profilit në menaxhim, ose kur shtyp "Pranoj dhe vazhdo" në portal.
I pranon në emër të biznesit. Duke i pranuar, konfirmon se je të paktën 18 vjeç dhe se ke të drejtë ta përfaqësosh këtë biznes.
Lexo edhe Rregullat e komunitetit dhe Politikën e privatësisë për bizneset. Nëse diçka në to nuk përputhet me këto kushte, vlejnë këto kushte.

3. Si funksionon shërbimi

Profili i biznesit. Shumicën e profileve i kemi përgatitur ne paraprakisht, me informacion publik për biznesin: nga faqja e internetit, rrjetet sociale dhe hartat. Profili mund të ketë tashmë foto dhe video nga faqet e tua publike. Mund t'i heqësh ose t'i zëvendësosh kur të duash; nëse nuk do që t'i përdorim, na shkruaj dhe i heqim. Kur e merr profilin në menaxhim, kontrolloje dhe na thuaj nëse diçka është e gabuar ose nuk duhet të përdoret. Që nga ai moment, ti kujdesesh që informacioni të jetë i saktë.

Çfarë mund të bësh në portal:

të përditësosh të dhënat e biznesit: përshkrimin, adresën, vendndodhjen në hartë, kontaktet, logon, foton e kopertinës dhe galerinë;
të krijosh evente dhe aktivitete. Ato ruhen si draft dhe mbeten private derisa t'i publikosh. Kur i publikon, dalin menjëherë në aplikacion, pa pritur miratimin tonë;
të shtosh foto dhe video, ose lidhje videosh nga YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok ose lidhje të drejtpërdrejta .mp4;
të pranosh ose të refuzosh fotot e sugjeruara (shih pikën 6);
të krijosh llogari për stafin dhe kode ftese për bashkëmenaxherë. Stafi mund vetëm të shohë; vetëm menaxherët mund të ndryshojnë dhe të publikojnë.

Çfarë shohin turistët. Profilin e biznesit, eventet dhe aktivitetet e publikuara, vendndodhjen në hartë, butonat e kontaktit (telefon, WhatsApp, email, faqe interneti, rrjete sociale) dhe vlerësimet. Vlerësimet janë dy llojesh: vlerësimi publik në Google dhe yjet që turistët u japin aktiviteteve brenda aplikacionit. Eventet dhe aktivitetet e tua mund të shfaqen edhe në rootsalbania.com, kur dikush ndan një lidhje nga aplikacioni.

Përkthimet. Aplikacioni Roots Albania është në 28 gjuhë. Ne mund t'i përkthejmë tekstet e tua në këto gjuhë, edhe me mjete përkthimi automatik. Përkthimi mund të ketë gabime; nëse gjen një gabim, na e thuaj. Kur ndryshon një tekst, përkthimet e vjetra të tij hiqen dhe turistët shohin tekstin tënd origjinal derisa të ketë një përkthim të ri. Përkthimet e reja nuk krijohen automatikisht menjëherë; i përgatisim ne kur mundemi.

Rezervimet dhe pagesat. Roots nuk merr rezervime dhe nuk merr pagesa nga turistët. Turisti të kontakton ty drejtpërdrejt dhe marrëveshja është mes teje dhe tij.

Dukshmëria. Ne vendosim se si renditen dhe si shfaqen profilet, eventet dhe aktivitetet në aplikacion. Një turist mund të zgjedhë të mos i shohë më profilin, eventet dhe aktivitetet e një biznesi në telefonin e tij. Nuk garantojmë një numër të caktuar shikimesh, kontaktesh apo klientësh.

4. Çmimi

Roots Business është falas deri më 31 dhjetor 2026. Nëse pas kësaj date ndryshon diçka, do të të njoftojmë paraprakisht. Nuk do të të kërkojmë asnjë pagesë pa pëlqimin tënd të qartë.

5. Llogaria jote

Hyn me emrin e përdoruesit ose me email-in e konfirmuar, bashkë me fjalëkalimin, ose me një lidhje hyrjeje që të dërgojmë në email. Pa email të konfirmuar nuk mund të marrësh as kodin për rivendosjen e fjalëkalimit, as lidhjen e hyrjes.
Çdo llogari i përket vetëm një biznesi. Një adresë email-i mund të lidhet vetëm me një llogari, dhe një numër WhatsApp vetëm me një biznes aktiv.
Fjalëkalimi është personal. Mos ia jep askujt dhe mos e përdor të njëjtin fjalëkalim gjetkë. Nëse dyshon se dikush tjetër e di, ndryshoje menjëherë dhe na njofto.
Ti je përgjegjës për gjithçka që bëhet me llogarinë tënde dhe me llogaritë e stafit që krijon. Kur dikush largohet nga biznesi, çaktivizo llogarinë e tij.
Mbaji të sakta të dhënat e kontaktit të biznesit dhe email-in e llogarisë.

6. Përmbajtja jote

Të drejtat. Publiko vetëm tekste, foto dhe video që janë të tuat ose për të cilat ke leje. Kjo vlen edhe për muzikën që dëgjohet në video.

Saktësia. Datat, oraret, çmimet, vendi i takimit dhe çdo ofertë duhet të jenë të sakta. Nëse një event anulohet ose ndryshon, përditësoje ose hiqe sa më shpejt. Çdo ofertë që publikon duhet ta respektosh.

Rregullat për fotot:

në plan të parë të fotos nuk duhet të ketë persona që mund të njihen;
e njëjta foto nuk duhet të përdoret në më shumë se një event ose aktivitet;
fotot duhet të tregojnë vërtet biznesin, vendin ose aktivitetin tënd.

Fotot e sugjeruara. Mund të të sugjerojmë foto nga faqet e tua publike, te "Foto të sugjeruara" në portal. Këto janë private dhe nuk i sheh askush tjetër derisa t'i pranosh. Kur pranon një foto, konfirmon se ke të drejtë ta publikosh. Ato që refuzon hiqen nga sugjerimet.

Leja që na jep. Përmbajtja mbetet e jotja. Ti na jep një leje falas dhe jo ekskluzive për ta ruajtur, përpunuar (për shembull: zvogëlim, prerje, heqje e të dhënave të vendndodhjes nga fotot), përkthyer dhe shfaqur në aplikacionet dhe faqet e Roots, si dhe për ta përdorur për të promovuar Roots Albania. Mund të kërkosh në çdo kohë që të heqim fotot, videot dhe tekstet që ke ngarkuar ti; atëherë leja mbaron. Mund të mbeten kopjet rezervë, si dhe materialet promovuese të publikuara më parë.

Të dhënat e personave të tjerë. Nëse publikon emra, foto ose të dhëna të personave të tjerë (për shembull të stafit), duhet të kesh lejen e tyre.

7. Çfarë nuk lejohet

Nuk lejohet përmbajtje:

e paligjshme, pornografike ose me skena seksuale të qarta;
që nxit urrejtje ose diskriminim, ose që është e dhunshme, kërcënuese ose ngacmuese;
mashtruese, si evente të rreme, çmime të rreme ose oferta që nuk ekzistojnë;
e kopjuar pa leje, ose që shkel të drejtat e autorit dhe markat tregtare të të tjerëve;
e dëmshme për të miturit.

Gjithashtu nuk lejohet:

të paraqitesh si një biznes ose person tjetër, ose të publikosh për një biznes që nuk ke të drejtë ta përfaqësosh;
të dërgosh spam, viruse, ose të përpiqesh të anashkalosh sigurinë e portalit dhe të serverëve tanë;
të përpiqesh të marrësh të dhëna që nuk të përkasin, përfshirë të dhënat e turistëve.

8. Raportimet dhe heqja e përmbajtjes

Turistët mund të raportojnë një event ose aktivitet. Kur një event ose aktivitet merr disa raportime, aplikacioni mund ta heqë përkohësisht nga shfaqja, edhe para se ta shohim ne. Raportimet i shohim dhe vendosim nëse përmbajtja kthehet apo jo.
Mund të korrigjojmë informacion qartësisht të gabuar. Mund të fshehim ose të heqim një event, një aktivitet, një foto ose gjithë profilin, si dhe të pezullojmë një llogari, kur shkelen këto kushte ose kur ka rrezik për turistët.
Kur është e mundur, të njoftojmë dhe të shpjegojmë arsyen. Nëse mendon se kemi gabuar, na shkruaj dhe do ta shqyrtojmë sërish.

9. Privatësia e turistëve

Turistët e përdorin aplikacionin Roots Albania në mënyrë anonime: pa llogari, pa emër dhe pa numër telefoni. Ti sheh vetëm numra të përgjithshëm (sa herë është prekur butoni i kontaktit, sa persona kanë thënë se do të vijnë në një event, mesataren e yjeve) dhe një listë anonime të veprimeve për eventet, për shembull "dikush konfirmoi në orën 14:05", pa emër, pa telefon dhe pa pajisje. Ne nuk të japim identitetin e asnjë turisti, as kur na e kërkon. Ti e njeh një turist vetëm kur ai të kontakton vetë.

10. Të dhënat e tua personale

Kush i përpunon. ROOTS SH.P.K. është kontrolluesi i të dhënave.

Çfarë ruajmë:

emrin e përdoruesit dhe emrin që shfaqet në portal;
email-in e llogarisë: atë që na jep ti, ose email-in publik të biznesit që e kemi vendosur ne kur përgatitëm profilin;
fjalëkalimin, vetëm në formë të koduar që nuk mund të lexohet, as nga ne;
të dhëna sigurie: kur ke hyrë, përpjekjet e dështuara për të hyrë dhe seancat aktive me informacion bazë për pajisjen;
adresën IP dhe të dhëna teknike në regjistrat e serverit, që ruhen për një kohë të kufizuar për sigurinë dhe pastaj fshihen;
mesazhet që na dërgon me email ose në WhatsApp.

Telefoni, WhatsApp-i, email-i dhe adresa e biznesit janë të dhëna të biznesit dhe shfaqen publikisht, sepse ky është qëllimi i shërbimit.

Pse i ruajmë. Për të mbajtur llogarinë tënde, për të publikuar biznesin tënd, për sigurinë e portalit dhe për të të kontaktuar për llogarinë dhe shërbimin. Nuk i shesim dhe nuk i përdorim për reklama.

Ku ruhen. Kryesisht në serverë në Gjermani (Hetzner). Kopjet rezervë ruhen edhe në pajisje të Roots në Shqipëri. Faqja rootsalbania.com dhe adresa jonë e email-it kalojnë përmes Cloudflare (SHBA); email-et që na dërgon ruhen te Google (Gmail, SHBA); email-et e shërbimit dërgohen përmes Resend (SHBA). Për këto shërbime mbështetemi në mbrojtjet kontraktuale për të dhënat. Kur na shkruan në WhatsApp, mesazhi kalon edhe përmes WhatsApp-it (Meta).

Sa kohë. Për aq kohë sa ekziston llogaria. Kur e fshin llogarinë, emri yt, email-i dhe fjalëkalimi fshihen menjëherë dhe del automatikisht nga llogaria në çdo pajisje. Të dhënat e sigurisë i ruajmë vetëm për sigurinë e llogarisë dhe synojmë t'i fshijmë rregullisht kur nuk duhen më. Kopjet rezervë ruhen të mbrojtura dhe përdoren vetëm për rikthim në rast defekti.

Të drejtat e tua. Sipas ligjit nr. 124/2024 "Për mbrojtjen e të dhënave personale", ke të drejtë të kërkosh të shohësh, të korrigjosh ose të fshish të dhënat e tua, të kufizosh përpunimin, t'i marrësh në një format të përdorshëm dhe të kundërshtosh përpunimin. Për këtë na shkruaj në hello@rootsalbania.com. Mund të ankohesh edhe te Komisioneri për të Drejtën e Informimit dhe Mbrojtjen e të Dhënave Personale (idp.al).

11. Përgjegjësia

Ti je përgjegjës për shërbimet që ofron: sigurinë, lejet, sigurimet, çmimet dhe cilësinë e tyre. Roots nuk është palë në marrëveshjen mes teje dhe turistit.
Ne bëjmë çmos që shërbimi të funksionojë mirë, por e ofrojmë ashtu siç është. Mund të ketë ndërprerje ose gabime, dhe mund të ndryshojmë, të shtojmë ose të heqim funksione.
Roots nuk përgjigjet për dëme të tërthorta, si humbje fitimi, klientësh ose të dhënash. Ky kufizim nuk vlen aty ku ligji nuk e lejon, për shembull për dëme të shkaktuara me dashje ose nga pakujdesi e rëndë.
Nëse dikush ngre një pretendim kundër Roots për shkak të përmbajtjes që ke ngarkuar ose pranuar ti, ti mban përgjegjësi për të dhe na ndihmon ta zgjidhim.

12. Emri dhe aplikacioni Roots

Aplikacioni, portali, emri dhe logoja ROOTS, si dhe dizajni dhe softueri, i përkasin ROOTS SH.P.K. Këto kushte nuk të japin asnjë të drejtë mbi to.

13. Fshirja e llogarisë dhe heqja e profilit

Mund ta ndalosh përdorimin e shërbimit kur të duash.
Llogarinë mund ta fshish vetë te Cilësimet. Pas fshirjes nuk mund të hysh më, dhe kjo nuk mund të zhbëhet.
Profili i biznesit dhe eventet dhe aktivitetet e publikuara mbeten në aplikacion, sepse i përkasin biznesit dhe jo llogarisë. Nëse nuk mbetet asnjë menaxher tjetër, profili kthehet nën kujdesin tonë, si para se ta merrje në menaxhim, dhe mund ta përditësojmë me informacion publik.
Nëse do që profili i biznesit, ose vetëm fotot, videot dhe tekstet e tua, të hiqen nga aplikacioni, na shkruaj në hello@rootsalbania.com ose në WhatsApp. I heqim pa vonesë.
Mund të pezullojmë ose të mbyllim një llogari për shkelje të rënda ose të përsëritura të këtyre kushteve. Nëse vendosim ta mbyllim shërbimin për të gjithë, do të të njoftojmë paraprakisht.

14. Ndryshimet e këtyre kushteve

Kur i ndryshojmë kushtet, publikojmë versionin e ri me numër versioni dhe datë. Versionet e mëparshme mbeten të lexueshme.
Për ndryshime të rëndësishme të njoftojmë paraprakisht, sa herë që është e mundur, të paktën 15 ditë përpara, me WhatsApp, email ose në portal, dhe mund të të kërkojmë t'i pranosh sërish në hyrjen e radhës.
Nëse nuk je dakord me ndryshimet, mund ta ndalosh përdorimin, ta fshish llogarinë dhe të na kërkosh të heqim profilin ose përmbajtjen tënde.

15. Ligji dhe mosmarrëveshjet

Këto kushte rregullohen nga ligjet e Republikës së Shqipërisë. Për çdo problem, le të përpiqemi fillimisht ta zgjidhim duke biseduar. Nëse nuk arrijmë, mosmarrëveshja zgjidhet nga gjykatat kompetente në Tiranë.

16. Gjuha

Këto kushte janë shkruar në shqip. Versioni në anglisht shërben vetëm për informim; nëse ka mospërputhje mes tyre, vlen versioni në shqip.

Business Terms for Roots Albania

These terms apply to every business that takes over the management of its profile on Roots Albania and uses the Roots Business portal. We have written them short and clear. If anything is unclear, write to us (contact details are at the end).

This English text is provided for information. The Albanian version is the binding one (see section 16).

1. Who we are

Roots Albania is a travel app for tourists visiting Albania. It shows places to visit, as well as events and activities together with the businesses that run them.

The service is provided by ROOTS SH.P.K., a company registered in Albania, NUIS M61803028A, with its registered seat at Rruga Zef Jubani, Nd. 4, H. 1, Ap. 3, Njësia Administrative Nr. 5, 1000 Tiranë. In these terms we call it "Roots" or "we".

2. When you accept these terms

You accept them when you tick the acceptance box while taking over the profile, or when you tap "Accept and continue" in the portal.
You accept them on behalf of the business. By accepting, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are entitled to represent this business.
Please also read the Community Guidelines and the Business Privacy Policy. If anything in them conflicts with these terms, these terms prevail.

3. How the service works

The business profile. We prepared most profiles in advance, using public information about the business: from its website, social media and maps. The profile may already contain photos and videos from your public pages. You can remove or replace them whenever you want; if you do not want us to use them, write to us and we will remove them. When you take over the profile, check it and tell us if anything is wrong or should not be used. From that moment on, you take care that the information is correct.

What you can do in the portal:

update the business details: description, address, map location, contacts, logo, cover photo and gallery;
create events and activities. They are saved as drafts and stay private until you publish them. When you publish them, they appear in the app right away, without waiting for our approval;
add photos and videos, or video links from YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok or direct .mp4 links;
accept or reject suggested photos (see section 6);
create accounts for your staff and invite codes for co-managers. Staff can only view; only managers can edit and publish.

What tourists see. The business profile, the published events and activities, the location on the map, the contact buttons (phone, WhatsApp, email, website, social media) and ratings. Ratings are of two kinds: the public Google rating and the stars tourists give to activities inside the app. Your events and activities can also appear on rootsalbania.com when someone shares a link from the app.

Translations. The Roots Albania app is available in 28 languages. We may translate your texts into these languages, including with automatic translation tools. Translations may contain mistakes; if you find one, tell us. When you change a text, its old translations are removed and tourists see your original text until there is a new translation. New translations are not created automatically right away; we prepare them when we can.

Bookings and payments. Roots does not take bookings and does not take payments from tourists. The tourist contacts you directly, and the agreement is between you and the tourist.

Visibility. We decide how profiles, events and activities are ordered and shown in the app. A tourist can choose to stop seeing a business's profile, events and activities on their phone. We do not guarantee any particular number of views, contacts or customers.

4. Price

Roots Business is free until 31 December 2026. If anything changes after that date, we will inform you in advance. We will not ask you for any payment without your explicit consent.

5. Your account

You log in with your username or your confirmed email, together with your password, or with a login link we send to your email. Without a confirmed email you can receive neither a password reset code nor a login link.
Each account belongs to one business only. An email address can be linked to only one account, and a WhatsApp number to only one active business.
Your password is personal. Do not give it to anyone and do not use the same password elsewhere. If you suspect someone else knows it, change it right away and let us know.
You are responsible for everything done with your account and with the staff accounts you create. When someone leaves the business, deactivate their account.
Keep the business contact details and the account email correct.

6. Your content

Rights. Only publish texts, photos and videos that are yours or that you have permission to use. This also applies to music heard in a video.

Accuracy. Dates, times, prices, meeting points and any offer must be correct. If an event is cancelled or changes, update it or remove it as soon as possible. You must honour any offer you publish.

Photo rules:

there must be no recognisable people in the foreground of a photo;
the same photo must not be used on more than one event or activity;
photos must truly show your business, place or activity.

Suggested photos. We may suggest photos from your public pages, under "Suggested photos" in the portal. These are private and nobody else sees them until you accept them. When you accept a photo, you confirm that you have the right to publish it. The ones you reject are removed from the suggestions.

The permission you give us. Your content remains yours. You give us a free, non-exclusive permission to store, process (for example: resizing, cropping, removing location data from photos), translate and display it in the Roots apps and pages, and to use it to promote Roots Albania. You can ask us at any time to remove the photos, videos and texts you uploaded; the permission then ends. Backup copies may remain, as may promotional material already published.

Other people's data. If you publish names, photos or data of other people (for example your staff), you must have their permission.

7. What is not allowed

Content is not allowed if it is:

illegal, pornographic or sexually explicit;
inciting hatred or discrimination, or violent, threatening or harassing;
misleading, such as fake events, false prices or offers that do not exist;
copied without permission, or infringing other people's copyright and trademarks;
harmful to minors.

It is also not allowed to:

pose as another business or person, or publish for a business you are not entitled to represent;
send spam or viruses, or try to get around the security of the portal and our servers;
try to obtain data that does not belong to you, including tourists' data.

8. Reports and removal of content

Tourists can report an event or an activity. When an event or activity receives several reports, the app may temporarily take it down, even before we look at it. We look at reports and decide whether the content comes back.
We may correct clearly wrong information. We may hide or remove an event, an activity, a photo or the whole profile, and suspend an account, when these terms are broken or when there is a risk to tourists.
Where possible, we will let you know and explain the reason. If you think we made a mistake, write to us and we will look at it again.

9. Tourist privacy

Tourists use the Roots Albania app anonymously: no account, no name and no phone number. You only see overall numbers (how many times a contact button was tapped, how many people said they will attend an event, the average star rating) and an anonymous list of actions on your events, for example "someone confirmed at 14:05", with no name, no phone and no device. We do not give you the identity of any tourist, not even if you ask. You only learn who a tourist is when they contact you themselves.

10. Your personal data

Who processes it. ROOTS SH.P.K. is the data controller.

What we store:

your username and the name shown in the portal;
the account email: the one you give us, or the business's public email that we entered when we prepared the profile;
your password, only in an encoded form that cannot be read, not even by us;
security data: when you logged in, failed login attempts and active sessions with basic device information;
your IP address and technical data in the server logs, kept for a limited time for security and then deleted;
the messages you send us by email or on WhatsApp.

The business phone, WhatsApp, email and address are business data and are shown publicly, because that is the purpose of the service.

Why we store it. To run your account, to publish your business, for the security of the portal and to contact you about your account and the service. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored. Mainly on servers in Germany (Hetzner). Backup copies are also kept on Roots devices in Albania. The rootsalbania.com website and our email address pass through Cloudflare (USA); emails you send us are stored at Google (Gmail, USA); service emails are sent through Resend (USA). For these services we rely on contractual data protection safeguards. When you write to us on WhatsApp, the message also passes through WhatsApp (Meta).

How long. For as long as the account exists. When you delete your account, your name, email and password are deleted right away and you are automatically signed out on every device. We keep security data only for the security of the account and aim to delete it regularly when it is no longer needed. Backup copies are kept protected and used only to restore the service after a failure.

Your rights. Under Law no. 124/2024 "On personal data protection", you have the right to ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing, to receive it in a usable format and to object to processing. To do so, write to hello@rootsalbania.com. You can also complain to the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection (idp.al).

11. Liability

You are responsible for the services you offer: their safety, permits, insurance, prices and quality. Roots is not a party to the agreement between you and the tourist.
We do our best to keep the service working well, but we provide it as it is. There may be interruptions or errors, and we may change, add or remove features.
Roots is not liable for indirect damage, such as loss of profit, customers or data. This limitation does not apply where the law does not allow it, for example for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
If someone brings a claim against Roots because of content you uploaded or accepted, you are responsible for it and you help us resolve it.

12. The Roots name and app

The app, the portal, the ROOTS name and logo, and the design and software belong to ROOTS SH.P.K. These terms do not give you any rights over them.

13. Deleting your account and removing your profile

You can stop using the service whenever you want.
You can delete your account yourself in Settings. After deletion you can no longer log in, and this cannot be undone.
The business profile and the published events and activities stay in the app, because they belong to the business and not to the account. If no other manager remains, the profile goes back into our care, as it was before you took it over, and we may update it with public information.
If you want the business profile, or only your photos, videos and texts, removed from the app, write to us at hello@rootsalbania.com or on WhatsApp. We will remove them without delay.
We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. If we decide to close the service for everyone, we will let you know in advance.

14. Changes to these terms

When we change the terms, we publish the new version with a version number and date. Earlier versions remain available to read.
For important changes, we will let you know in advance, whenever possible, at least 15 days before, by WhatsApp, email or in the portal, and we may ask you to accept them again at your next login.
If you do not agree with the changes, you can stop using the service, delete your account and ask us to remove your profile or your content.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. For any problem, let us first try to solve it by talking. If we cannot, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts in Tirana.

16. Language

These terms are written in Albanian. The English version is for information only; if the two differ, the Albanian version prevails.
